On April 13, 2019 Martin Benson will lead his 6 Gap RTE from Edgar's Bakery at the Colonnade to Bama-Bucks in Sardis City, Alabama and, after lunch, we will return to Edgar's Bakery.
Martin’s 6 Gap ride is a good one. We will ride over 6 mountain gap roads as well as over Double Oak Mountain on Highway 25. The scenery along the way is excellent.
Bama-Bucks is a very popular eatery with customers coming from as far away as Nashville and Atlanta. They do not take reservations, so it is important for us to get there as close to 11 am as possible when they open so that we can be seated without a long wait. So, that means that we must depart Edgar’s Bakery no later than 8am. Please be suited up by 7:45 and ready to ride before Martin’s rider's briefing in front of the bakery.
Also, please email Bob Steber or post your reply here if you are going so that he can give a head count to the folks at Bama Bucks.
