MOA Rally club mileage

This year the MOA volunteers will not tally the total mileage for each of the clubs. Each individual club is responsible for tallying and turning in the total mileage ridden by club members to the MOA Rally. I have been tagged with the job of tallying this mileage. My plan to do so is to have anyone from the Alabeemers that is even remotely thinking about going to the MOA rally to email me there address. I will calculate the mileage from this address to the MOA Rally site using MS Streets and Trips. I will enter this mileage into a spreadsheet with your name. Once you get to the rally, please contact me on my cell (which will be sent to you as acknowledgement that I received your email) or Vance, who has offered to help (his cell will also be sent in the acknowledging email.) You can give us your actually mileage at that time or we will use the precalculated mileage. If we don't hear from you at the Rally I will not include your mileage in the totals.
Folks get out and go, we were only five miles short of winning the most mileage ridden by a club at last year's MOA rally. Ignor the smilie at the top I wanted it here.
In the meantime, I will get Connie to sort out the two-up issues.

Yeah Connie, we'll take a lot of pictures (likely post them on Picasaweb..right Gator?) and then you can see what you missed. I been on the puter lookin around up there. Me, Gator & Touring Tim Flynn are going up early andstomp around up there for a few days before we get into the rally...looks like a great riding place!
