Is anyone going to the MOA rally in Gillette? If so, when are you leaving and what route are you taking? So far two of us are leaving after noon on July 11th. We don't have our route finalized yet but so far we're going up through Shreveport. We want to go around Dallas and then north and west. We plan on doing some day rides around the Gillette region once there and before the rally starts. Gettin' close.

I am definately going and so is Ron Riggins. We are leaving Bham on Saturday 12th. I have to admit we may be (or I may be) trailering as far as KC, KS in order to save a little time. I need to be there on Monday afternoon if possible for a meeting and then will be involved in the rally...heavily until it ends. Ron on the other hand is planning to work his way out to Gillette via the Badlands, Sturgis, Devil's Tower and Mt. Rushmore.
In addition we are considering staying until the next weekend riding Colorado andattending the Top of The Rockies Rally the next weekend in Paonia, CO. We would then plan to return to Bham by 7/29.
Email or call me with your plans and I will fill you in on ours a little more! Tommy and Jeannine are headed that way too, I just amnot sure when. Looking forward to it!

We'll be leaving for Wyoming in the next hour or two. I'm all packed and loaded and ready for the road. Don't know how many of you are planning on going but I'll see whoever does at the rally. We plan on touring northwest Wyoming before the rally, Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, up through Bearttoth, Cody and then on to the rally. If youre going ride safe and have a fun ride. Can't wait to get up there.

You guys are in for a real treat. NW Wyoming and into Montana over the Bear Tooth is some of the best riding in the country. If you stay in in Jackson, WY., don't mess the million dollar cowboy bar and it is fun to sign up for a chuck-wagon, mule train ride and meal. Last time we were there, we were attacked by Indians, but the cowboys came to our rescue.
