I'm Fred Bramblett, part of the current leadership of the Derby City Beemers MOA Chapter in Louisville, KY. This year our club is the co-promoter with Daryl Casey's group of the BMW MOA Kentucky State Rally scheduled for September 9-11 at the Pine Mountain State Resort Park in Pineville, KY. The event was formerly known as the BMW MOA Pine Mountain Getaway.
The reason you are getting this email is each of you were listed as the contact for the BMW MOA Charter Clubs surrounding the Kentucky area. I want to ask that you take a few minutes to support our event by posting it on your club's calendars or announcing it at your meetings to help us get the word out. In the future if your organization is promoting an event, please let me know and the Derby City group will try and help by doing the same.
The BMW MOA Kentucky State Rally information can be found at the BMW MOA's web site under our Events Calendar link. Once at the site you can click on the event to get more information or to register for the event. It is important to note that anyone wishing to book lodging at the Pine Mountain State Park needs to call them directly at 606-337-3066. The management at the park has been nice enough to block out all lodging for our event. If someone tried to book online it will show the park as sold out, when they in fact have rooms and cabins.
